Cristi

Cristi Vaughan is a 20 year old singer and songwriter from Columbus, Ohio, currently living in Los Angeles, California. She has been involved with music since she was eight years old, taking piano, cello, and guitar lessons. In high school, Cristi discovered she liked singing, and she performed weekly with various pop music and jazz bands. She began experimenting with writing her own songs and soon decided she wanted to be a professional singer/songwriter. Some of her biggest influences included Sara Bareilles, Lenka, Kelly Clarkson, Colbie Caillat, and Jason Mraz Cristi wanted to learn everything she could about the music industry, as well as develop her skills as a singer and songwriter. She studied music business and production, and worked closely with the instructors of Vaughan Music Studios for 3 years to develop her singing and writing. VMS Records, a division of Vaughan Music Studios, released her first EP titled "I’m In Love.” Cristi currently attends the Thornton Music School at the University of Southern California, and continues to work with the Vaughan Music Studios’ instructors long-distance.
